Will Sibley and I have worked together at multiple camps and clinics. We embrace very similar training philosophies and playing styles that make each session a positive experience. The knowledge and drills provided are up-to-date, competitive, and relevant to the requests and needs of each goaltender. I would highly recommend Will to any goaltender looking to take their game to the next level.
Albany Devils, AHL- NJ Devils Draft Pick, Former Team Canada World Junior Goaltender
I have been working with Will for a year now and my game has really improved during my draft year. The first time i was on the ice with him i could easily see he was a good goalie coach that dedicates himself to help goalies improve. He has been the best goalie coach I have ever had. He keeps really good communication with me and always pushes me to give more than my 100%, yet also knows when to have fun and to help me with my confidence in the down times during my season. He's really helped me out on every aspect of my game like being fast but also controlled and being calm but aggressive at the same time. Furthermore, he does not change the way I play, he changes his way of coaching to improve my style of goaltending and I find thats a very important thing to do as a goalie coach. But what I like the most is that he doesn't only help with the technical and physical side of being a goalie but also the mental side, while also helping me to understand the overall dynamics of the game itself.

Will Sibley began working with my son Matt when he switched to goal 3 years ago. Will's comprehensive technical knowledge and positive mental approach to goaltender training significantly contribute to Matt's on and off ice preparation and have facilitated Matt's play at successively higher levels of rep hockey with confidence. Will's good nature, focus, drive, commitment and dedication to Matt's development have not only helped Matt markedly improve his goaltending skills but also maintain his love of the position! Matt looks foward to each and every training session he has with Will.

Hey there Will,We just wanted to take a minute to thank you for all that you have done for Lucas. We have notice such a difference in Lucas since he has been training with you. Not only has his technique improved drastically, but we have noticed a huge difference in his confidence level as well. You have a very unique way of connecting with him and he looks forward to his sessions with you. We appreciate how you make the training fun and challenging for him. There have been many times that you have gone above and beyond the call of duty to support our family throughout tryouts and stressful times during the season. We can't thank you enough for your support and encouragement.

My son has been a goalie for his entire minor hockey experience. He had played consistently at the AAA level and was cut for his Major Bantam year. We committed to returning to the AAA level for his Minor Midget year and through hard work and personal training, he successfully joined a Minor Midget AAA team. During that pivotal time and for the past year, Will Sibley from Control the Crease Goaltending provided not only the skill development training, but also the mental training to encourage and strengthen his confidence. My son continues to work with Will; Will has become a integral part of our development team to support my son's aspirations...to enjoy and play a sport that he loves.

"I've worked with Will in pre try out camps and over the course of the off season and regular season this year. During my time with him his insightfulness and knowledge of the game has sharpened all my skills, especially my tracking. Once I learned to really follow the puck with my eyes my positioning and rebound control improved as well. Will has plenty of knowledge of the mental side of the game, he always created a positive attitude during all sessions. As a result I have had my best year of minor hockey and it couldn't have come at a more opportune time."
